 PHASE
ONE will begin with the addition to the
existing church and classroom space. It includes:
a new
worship space that will seat 500 people with
overflow for 200 more. It will have a chapel
with a view of the memorial garden.
expanded
worship center space for the altar party,
choir and music team. The baptismal space
will be better defined as well.
new
Narthex space with an entrance into the Parish
Hall (the existing sanctuary), which is suitable
for a variety of events.
updated
and expanded classroom and nursery space.
In addition to making the rooms larger, they
will be more flexible to accommodate groups
and events of various sizes.
Sunday
School & ministry space, offices, bridal
facilities a bell tower that will stand as
our signature feature. It will capture the
attention of all who pass by the church and
will chime on the hour.
PHASE
TWO will include the new Sunday School and
ministry space. It will contain offices, a workroom,
and a Rector’s parlor that will be used as a
Bride’s Room for weddings at Church of the Apostles.
THE
OUTDOOR SPACES are functional and expansive.
From gardens on both sides of the sanctuary
that reach out to the community to courtyards
on either side of the Narthex, people using
those spaces will find areas that both prepare
them for worship and provide ample space for
visiting with current and future members of
our church family.
